Introduction
The blank employs 40Rr steel with hardness of HB211～240 after normalization treatment, bearing high load and shock. Its axle hole adopts high precision point grinding and all grinding allowance can be removed after one clamping by single admission method, forming final grinding surface. One hydraulic lifter replaces adjusting screws to realize automatic compensation of valve lash.
